Thank you for you interest in our shop! We hope the following section helps clear up any issues or concerns you may have!

1. Is slime edible?

No! our slime is not edible, do not attempt to eat slime.

2. Can I cancel my order? 

Order can only be cancelled on same day if label hasn't yet been printed, so carefully verify before placing order.

3. Why is my slime sticky?

Slime can become sticky while in transit due to heat during transit. This can be easily solved. Simply use the borax included in you order, mix 1 tablespoon borax into one cup hot water, and stir until borax is fully dissolved, then add slowly into slime until desired texture.

4. Why is my slime stiff or not stretchy?

When slime is left in colder temperature it can turn the slime hard and stiff. Some things that can be used to restore stretchiness to slime are hand sanitizer, lotion, hair gel, or even placing it somewhere warm, such as microwaving for a couple of seconds.

6. How long does it take to ship out my order?

Typically we ship out orders 1-3 days after order is placed. And transit time varies on destination.

7. Does slime cause irritation?

We don't recommend slime if you are sensitive to fragrance, borax, glue, glycerin, or lotions. 

8. Can I have a refund? 

Unfortunately all sales are final. However, under certain circumstances refunds are given, such as order arrived damaged, order was not delivered, or wrong order was received.
